Bywell Support
Email support@bywell.org and a person will get back to you, usually within a business day. Other ways to reach us are on the contact page.
Most questions are about billing, brokerage connections and adding Bywell to an AI assistant. The answers below cover those. When you email, include the address on your Bywell account and where you use Bywell (iPhone, Android, the website, or which assistant), and we can usually sort it out in one reply.
How do I cancel or manage Bywell Pro?
It depends on where you bought it. iPhone app: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Bywell. Android: Google Play, Payments and subscriptions. Web, Claude or ChatGPT: your account page on bywell.org, then Manage billing. Cancel before a free trial ends and you won't be charged.
How do I add Bywell to Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant?
Bywell's connector address is https://api.bywell.org/mcp. In Claude, go to Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector and paste it. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Le Chat and Grok each have a custom connector or MCP setting; the guide to connecting your brokerage to ChatGPT and Claude walks through each one.
My brokerage connection stopped working. What should I do?
Brokerages sometimes ask you to sign in again, especially after a password change or new security settings. Open Account in the app or on the web, disconnect the brokerage and connect it again. If it still fails, email support with the brokerage name and what you see.
Can Bywell trade or move money in my account?
No. The brokerage connection is read-only and goes through SnapTrade. Bywell never sees your brokerage password and can't place trades, withdraw or transfer money.
How do I disconnect a brokerage or delete my account?
In the app, go to Account. On the web, go to your account page. Deleting your account removes your data, cancels web billing and disconnects your brokerage.
Is Bywell giving me investment advice?
No. Bywell gives general information and education, not investment advice, and is not a broker or adviser. It explains what happened and the case for and against; the decision is always yours.
