Bywell is a small team in Toronto. Every email reaches a person, and we usually reply within one business day (Monday to Friday, Eastern time).
Bywell connects your brokerage, read-only, to the Bywell app and to AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT, so you get the news, earnings dates and plain-English explanations for the stocks you actually own. Whether you're stuck setting it up, have a question about your plan, or want to work with us, the right address is below.
Help with Bywell
Email support@bywell.org about your account, the app, the website, billing, or connecting Bywell to Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant.
To help us answer in one go, include:
- The email address on your Bywell account.
- Where you use Bywell: iPhone, Android, the website, or which AI assistant.
- What happened and what you expected, with a screenshot if you can.
Please don't send passwords, full account numbers or government ID numbers. We'll never ask for them.
Privacy and your data
To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it, email privacy@bywell.org. We respond within 30 days. You can also delete your account yourself in the app (Settings) or on your account page. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

What we can't help with
- Investment advice. Bywell gives general information and education. We can't tell you what to buy, sell or hold.
- Your brokerage login or trades. Bywell's connection is read-only and never sees your brokerage password. For login, account or trading problems, contact your brokerage.
Partnerships, press and security
For partnerships or press, email support@bywell.org with "Partnership" or "Press" in the subject. To report a security issue, use "Security" in the subject and include steps to reproduce it; please give us a chance to fix it before sharing it publicly.
